If the hard hitting contact of rugby is really not your thing though, then you could try touch rugby where the rules are pretty much the same except that tackles are not allowed; instead, a touch from an opponent counts as a tackle. Although this is less dangerous, it’s no less demanding as you will have to twist, turn and run much faster to evade opponents.
