Junk food contains many harmful chemicals that interferes with the body’s natural functions like hormonal balance. Junk food causes you to gain weight in these following ways:

But the oils found in most fast foods are very unhealthy,unnatural because it has now been dehydrogenated making it more ”long lasting”. That’s why such type 2 diabetes, pancreatic cancer, colon cancer, stomach cancer and ulcers, and even thyroid tumors are prevalent amongst individuals who have on a junk food diet for a very long time.

White bread and pastries containing white flour have a high glycemic index which bruises the liver if too much is eaten. The problem is this: Eating your favorite donut once in a blue moon is fine, or if you’d like to eating often, then go for the healthier version of it. But when you’re having it for breakfast,lunch, dessert and dinner, there is a problem. Such foods are simply energy foods which the body has use as soon as they enter but the energy gets stored in the liver and over time, in other parts of the body like the hips,thighs, buttocks and even the in the heart which causes heart failure, heart attack and even the tearing of one of the major blood vessels! Scary.
