In Dubai or anywhere else in the world, becoming a mother is one of the best feelings but just as you love your child, most women hate the fat belly. It is not secret, your body changes after birth and some things will never be the same unless you work smart and hard.     Jesca from Dubai. Great post. I gave birth to a healthy baby boy six months ago but my weight is not going anywhere. What should i do?

    Jesca, one of the biggest weight loss mistake people make after giving birth; is to, try to do it alone. You need a right plan, which incorporates healthy eating and exercise program. All my clients were able to achieve their weight-loss goals. I mainly serve the downtown Dubai area.
