5 ways to have a hydrated and healthy skin

Everyone has that dream of a silky smooth skin that doesn’t appear dry when scratched. But to get to this, there are certain steps that you need to take.

#1. Know your skin type

Foods like nuts and avocado help the skin retain its elasticity. Mangoes, sweet potatoes, spinach, and blueberries contain vitamin A, E and C and they play a role in skin health.
