Freshly extracted raspberries, scrumptious Apple, Lemon, Orange,Handful of Grapes, Fresh Strawberries and Cucumber

 

Remember that a delightful fresh smoothie is a perfect thing to wake up to in the morning!

What you will need:

  • 1/2 Lemon
  • 1 Apple
  • 1/2 Orange
  • 1 Handful Grapes
  • 1 Handful Raspberries
  • 4 Strawberries
  • 1/2 Cucumber

Begin by juicing the apple, orange and lemon and add to the blender with all the other ingredients.

Blend until completely smooth.

  • What’s in it: Vitamins B1, B2, B6, C, E, all the essential amino acids, natural sugars, essential fatty acids, good bacteria, anti-oxidants, calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, sodium, zinc, folic acid, bromeline, potassium and ellagic acid.
