Unless you enjoy meals containing little more than apple slices and water, it is difficult to find real healthy options at most fast-food chains. There are healthier menu choices that you can make at most fast-food restaurants that keep calories, fat and sodium to a minimum.

1. Burger King Whopper Junior (Without Mayonnaise) – 260 Calories

This flame-broiled burger comes topped with tomatoes, lettuce, ketchup, pickles and onions on a toasted bun.
