Slimming Centre for Ubora Tower 2 programme includes regular individual sessions with either the dietitian, personal trainer or doctor, or all. We may also run a group programme for patients from Ubora Tower 2. We may also refer you to the physiotherapist for advice on exercise or a personal trainer who can help you.
