Slimming Centre for Tropical Clusters programme includes regular individual sessions with either the dietitian, personal trainer or doctor, or all. We may also run a group programme for patients from Tropical Clusters. We may also refer you to the physiotherapist for advice on exercise or a personal trainer who can help you.

slimming down is not always about what to eat or do, we can also look at some of the psychological issues related to obesity. Our slimming experts or partners for Tropical Clusters also use a form of talking therapy called Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. This therapy addresses unhelpful thoughts, beliefs, emotions and behaviour related to eating. It is individually made program personalised just to you. Other clients from Tropical Clusters have benefited from it, programme from the slimming centre for Tropical Clusters will aim to achieve a five to ten percent reduction in body weight and to be able maintain this loss for at least 12 months.
