I have been dealing in sports from an early age. I was a player in the best basketball school in Europe for young players also played basketball in USA in Princeton Day Prep School team who was #1 in country for Christian schools and #5 overall.
I do training one on one, with one client. Leading trainings to achieve the goals and wishes of the client, using modern methods of training (sports elements, functional training, training with own body weight and using exercise equipment in the gym and use free weight). Leading training for losing body fat, increase muscle mass and strength, improving motor skills and speed in both recreational exercisers and with professional athletes. I give advice on how to improve his/her form in fitness, exercise technique and assist with exercise if the client needs assistance.
