Aikido lessons in DUbai- Aikido is a Japanese martial art developed by Morihei Ueshiba who is regarded as one of the best martial art sensei in the world and the best when it comes to Aikido (often referred to by his title 'O Sensei' or 'Great Teacher'). Aikido is growing among the population of Dubai from four year old children to adults.

To some it is similar to Jujitsu because it involves some throws and joint locks, which in deed are derived from Jujitsu but it also includes techniques from Kenjutsu. Steven Seagal the American hero who made Aikido visible to more mainstream in the USA, he used his opponents own energy to gain control of them or to throw them away and do arm locks (Aikido is form of self-defense and those with knowledge live life with more confident). You don’t stand still, Aikido places great emphasis on motion and the dynamics of movement. On the technical side, aikido is rooted in several styles of jujitsu (from which modern judo is also derived), in particular daitoryu-(aiki) jujitsu, as well as sword and spear fighting arts.
