Keep doing this on the left leg for some seconds, before switching to the alternate side.</p>
<h2><strong>5. Reverse plank dips</strong></h2>

Still in that position, with legs straight, slowly dip your body down till your butt is almost touching the floor. Then lift your body up back to the reverse plank position, and repeat the process.<br />
This exercise helps effectively in toning the muscles at the back of the legs, known as Hamstrings.</p>
