Slimming Centre for Al Sufouh 1 programme includes regular individual sessions with either the dietitian, personal trainer or doctor, or all. We may also run a group programme for patients from Al Sufouh 1. We may also refer you to the physiotherapist for advice on exercise or a personal trainer who can help you.
