<h3>Chorus Line Kicks Suggested DANCE Move</h3>
<ol>
<li>Stand with hands on your hips</li>
<li>Feet together</li>
<li>Begin by make a small bounce jump</li>
<li>Once both of your feet hit the floor again, raise your right leg straight into the air</li>
<li>Remember your knee must be perfectly straight and toes pointed forward.</li>
<li>Once your right leg comes back to the floor, prepare to make another bounce jump</li>
<li>This time with both feet coming back to the floor to finish</li>
<li>Repeat as many times as you can</li>
</ol>

<h2 class="header"><span>Step Touch Suggested Move<br />

<ol>
<li>This exercise simply invited its participants to step side by side</li>
<li>Start to move your arms back and forth</li>
<li>Bring your arms inf front to add to your exercise</li>
<li>Once confident you can begin to alternate more moves or use a step platform</li>

<li>Begin by lightly kicking lower leg and foot upward behind</li>
<li>Bring back down and change foot</li>
<li>Remember to move your arms in coordination with your legs</li>
<li>To advance this exercise, use a platform and lift one leg on each time whilst kicking back the opposite leg.</li>

</span></h2>
<ol>
<li>Stay in a comfortable spot</li>
<li>Legs apart</li>
<li>Begin to alternate weight back and forth using one leg</li>
<li>Your other foot should continue to tap lightly on the floor</li>
<li>Keep moving your arms to the rhythm</li>
<li>Add on more steps when you begin to feel comfortable with this workout</li>

<p>Attend as many fitness, aerobic and dance group classes as you can to learn more about the industry. Research styles of dance and aerobic classes to find out which ones you love and would feel passionate about teaching.</p>

<p>Get in shape through regular exercise, group classes and strength training. Keep yourself active so you won&#8217;t struggle teaching intense aerobic classes. Students don&#8217;t want to see their aerobics instructor panting and sweating.</p>
<h2 class="header"><span>Step 3</span></h2>
<p>Make yourself known in the gyms where you want to teach. Become a regular at an area gym, yoga center or dance studio. Once you get your certification, you can approach the gym owners for a job.</p>

<p>Research certification programs for group exercise instructors. Most gyms require their teachers to have a group exercise certification from a reputable certification body like the American Council on Exercise or the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America.</p>

<p>Apply for the program that interests you the most, pay for the program and obtain your class materials.</p>

<p>Study your materials and pass the certification exam.</p>

<p>Attend a CPR class. Most gyms and dance studios require you to hold a current CPR certification.</p>
