Once that is done, you can switch to your left leg by pushing up with your right leg and kicking out your left to the side. Do this repeatedly.</p>
<h2><strong>4. Thigh raises</strong></h2>

Try not to bend your knees, while you try to slowly raise your left leg as high as you can. Then, pause, and slowly lower it down back. Keep doing this on the left leg for some seconds, before switching to the alternate side.</p>
<h2><strong>5. Reverse plank dips</strong></h2>

Then, try to raise your body up until your arms are fully extended and your feet and legs form a straight line. This position is called the reverse plank position. Still in that position, with legs straight, slowly dip your body down till your butt is almost touching the floor. Then lift your body up back to the reverse plank position, and repeat the process.<br />
This exercise helps effectively in toning the muscles at the back of the legs, known as Hamstrings.</p>
